A medical examination involves an initial comprehensive gynecological examination and relevant tests. All these procedures can be completed in a clinic in Kazakhstan. Next, the research results are transferred to our qualified specialists to decide on further participation in the program.

If participation is approved, we conclude an agreement that defines the responsibilities and protects the rights of the parties. The contract specifies the conditions, including the amount of material remuneration and monthly payments, as well as procedures in the event of force majeure situations.

We agree on the date of the flight to the partner country and carry out IVF. Successful fertilization is confirmed through a blood test for hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin). If pregnancy does not occur, the procedure is repeated.

The mother undergoes ultrasound examinations, screenings and regularly passes blood tests. She also periodically passes tests for the absence of harmful habits to ensure the health of the future child. In addition, the doctor constantly consults with the surmama, monitors her state of health and regulates the prescribed medications.

After giving birth and completing all the necessary legal documents, the surrogate mother receives the final monetary reward. The program also provides for a postpartum check-up: accompaniment and support of the woman by our doctors and coordinators, if necessary by psychologists.
